Jej celem nie jest \u201enaprawienie\u201d cz\u0142owieka, ale towarzyszenie mu w odkrywaniu, dlaczego do\u015bwiadcza \u017cycia w taki spos\u00f3b, w jaki do\u015bwiadcza, i jak mo\u017ce wprowadza\u0107 zmiany, kt\u00f3re uczyni\u0105 to \u017cycie bardziej satysfakcjonuj\u0105cym.<\/p><p data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"983\">W trakcie terapii, w bezpiecznej i poufnej relacji z terapeut\u0105, mo\u017cna przyjrze\u0107 si\u0119 trudno\u015bciom, kt\u00f3rych \u017ar\u00f3de\u0142 cz\u0119sto nie jeste\u015bmy w stanie dostrzec sami. To przestrze\u0144, w kt\u00f3rej mo\u017cna lepiej zrozumie\u0107 siebie, swoje relacje z innymi oraz nauczy\u0107 si\u0119 nowych sposob\u00f3w reagowania.<\/p><p data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1115\">Psychoterapia nie jest \u201erozmow\u0105 o problemach\u201d \u2013 to uwa\u017cna, profesjonalna praca nad zmian\u0105, rozwojem i zdrowiem
